Sadly we did not place our order with Gareth but we were very impressed with his manner & knowledge of our requirements. We just decided to use a local firm that specialises with our particular needs.

He said he could do work done 2 days just up and left and said he would text me Thursday and would come on Friday and now I am left with work half done as he said he has right to council contract at any time so if I was anyone on here I would not hire as he is a con man I have contacted trading standers as he as used all my pipes and half done work and now saying we have threaten him he meant to have recorded but can't prove it so I would not hire as he told me he could do it but cause another job has call

I employed Simon to do extensive painting of my garden furniture and fences during the summer. He also kindly helped me with some carpentry work in the garden and some jobs indoors. He arrived on time each day or let me know if there would be a delay and why, the work he undertook was meticulous and he always cleared up before he left each evening and joy of joys no radio blaring! I cannot speak too highly of his conduct and willingness throughout and can strongly recommend him.

Pip is an excellent all rounder but is inclined to spend too much time on tasks if not supervised, which can be costly if employed on a day rate. In my experience, Pip should make more effort to separate his tools from others in order to avoid confusion of ownership.

James did a really good job for the house we’d just bought. The floors were all painted and really ugly, and he sanded them back to the wood and left them looking really nice. He even returned free of charge to fix a problem of “grain raising” which had left the boards a bit rough to the touch and occurred a few days after he’d finished, due to moisture in the space. He was friendly, considerate and empathic, a really pleasant guy to have around and to be involved in our renovation project.

This summer Anthony to carried out some much needed repair works to our house. We found Anthony to be a very polite, dedicated, professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic builder. Mick has completed a full bathroom refurbishment. He was amazing, really goes above and beyond and his workmanship is 5* Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to others. I’ve already asked him to complete other work within the house.

Brilliant ! this tradesman was honest and totally reliable could not fault this person at all also cleaned away after the job. A quality job at a sensible good price will use again if needed will be the first person I call.
