Kieren and his team were great! They turned up on time, were polite and friendly the whole time. They put our patio in, in four days, which was amazing. There was good communication throughout and if times or days needed changing that was communicated. They have done a really good job and the patio looks great and we are very pleased with it! Would recommend and use this team again.

Steve replaced our guttering, downpipes and a bargeboard. It wasn’t a straightforward task as it’s an old property but he did an excellent job and carried out the work quickly and efficiently at a competitive price. I would highly recommend him.

You can see why Smith & Son get a good rating. You get a friendly builder that does a good job. We employed him to fit a steel beam and a door lintel. They called me to book in a job and moved the job time twice in the same day and felt it was appropriate to come out at 8pm at night. I'd wasted my whole Saturday waiting in for a quote. Ironic considering the name of their company.
