Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Had numerous leaks in the first 6 months of installation and although Matthew did come back to ‘fix’ them, now another leak and have completely lost faith in this service provider Some of the ‘finishing’ touches have vastly degraded in less than a year and having to have somebody else come to remedy the issues Definitely would no longer recommend
