Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. James did a really good job completely refitting our cloakroom. He was polite and considerate and kept us up to date with his progress and any issue arising. The manager Jay was always very prompt at answering texts but at times we would have liked him to be a little more proactive. On the whole, very happy with the work completed.
