Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

After 9 month of the pointing being undertaken, part are starting to fall out. I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Very dissappionted with the workmanship and total lack of customer care once paid for job.

This company agreed to do the job I advertised but cancelled on the day they were supposed to start and a new day was arranged (today) nobody has shown up and they are not answering their phone. If they can't or don't want the job, then please have the decency to let your customers know, so that they can arrange with other companies.

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.
Do not use this firm! They do not know how to lay paving stones . They left all of their rubbish on site. Then hounded me to pay for an appalling job. Stones were moving two days after laying. Gaps between stones were not uniform. The drain cover sticks up higher than the stone. The patio was not laid to drain off to the garden. In some places it is flat causing water to pool. They bought the wrong colour stone and laid it anyway then bought the wrong colour grout and brushes it in without pushing it in.
