First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. We wanted a bespoke solution for a cupboard in our bathroom, which required taking in consideration a very unusually shaped space, and at the same time maximise the storage capabilities. The team worked incredibly hard, their workmanship and service are top quality and they delivered for us a solution that is absolutely perfect, and well above our expectations. Our approach is what gives us inspiration and makes this more of a passion than just a building job! We believe our clients should get to know the tradesman/people who are working on their project and not find that they are paying for a constant supply of strangers who are just on site to do a job as quickly as possible. We share a great deal of time with our clients and often their families too, we also return home to our own families and talk about the day we had at work! As we share our lives together through this time we make every effort to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. You hear many people saying that they would never do a large build again, meaning that the experience, was too stressful for whatever reason! We believe it doesn't need to be this way. Igor was great to work with. He did the job with perfect quality, down to the last detail, while being very flexible if new or urgent issues came up. He was also happy to explain all details whenever we asked him to and helped with good (and budget) ideas to find solutions for unforeseen issues. And all this for a good price. Nasko was very flexible and accommodating slight alterations to the preassembled kitchen plan. He was very personable and professional. He works to a high standard and this was reflected in the worktop joint which is almost invisible.

I asked Simon to paint the inside of my house and all woodwork and ceilings. I did say the kitchen and bathroom didn't need doing, so they didn't paint the bathroom door oneighbour the inside but that was part of the woodwork so you have to be specific about what you ask to be done. Also he said he would come back to look at things I wasn't happy with, I emailed him twice but he never came back.
