First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Liam's number has been saved in my phone and he will be my first call should I need any form of joinery in the near future. Also left the place nice and tidy finished on time.
