Do not be fooled by Stephen's laid back nature and quite approach, the structural building work we asked him to undertake was, once agreed, carried out to the letter, completed on time, to a very high standard and within budget. We would not hesitate using Stephen again for any building work.

Mr Ovy and his team demonstrated excellence in their workmanship with efficiency and at a very reasonable price! They were very professional, but offered genuine customer service - upfront and honest, and offered their expert advice on how to make savings but still get the job done. Ivan has exceeded all expectations on the repointing of our house. He turned up at 8.00am every day untill the job was finished. He cleaned up every night before he left so his area was spotless. Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street. He better hurry because I want him back working for me on other jobs. A true find, hardworking, polite and above all he has an extreame level off pride in what he does.

I can thoroughly recommend John. He expertly fitted six oak veneer doors for me and did an excellent job overcoming the challenges of my door frames, none of which were square and precisely vertical. He is reliable and amiable and I will certainly be calling him for future work that I have planned.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. I posted the job hoping to get a quick response. Hall and son contacted me promptly, attended to quote for the work. Provided the written quote and were able to do the work very quickly. We were very happy with all of the tradespeople, and communication with the office was outstanding. They were all polite, hard working and the jobs were completed to very high standards. We would definitely use them again. Thank you to the whole team.

I would not recommend you use Richard. The initial consultation was good and the process agreed for the work was fair. However, Richard did not turn up on the day. I tried to call and there was no response. I later found out there had been a family death, so we renegotiated a date for the work to commence only to experience the same situation; a no show. This time there was no call, as to why he didn’t show. Richard demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Stay well clear!
