He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly. I ended up hiring Sam to replace all my internal doors and one double door frame. What started as a positive experience ended up quite miserably: Sam did a botched job on the frame and the new double doors (the doors are not levelled, neither are the handles, the frame is not flush with walls etc). Also, black marks on the trimmed edges, numerous scratches, screws at an angle and so on. He did promise to come back and fix some of the issues, but never did.

There was good communication throughout and if times or days needed changing that was communicated. They have done a really good job and the patio looks great and we are very pleased with it!
