We had a difficult cleaning job of a large house that involved extensive sanitary cleaning, hoarding and large furniture disposal. The team worked hard and thoroughly to get the job done in two days for a reasonable cost. For any further work we will absolutely going back to LDL!
I have been in the building industry for over 24 years mostly focusing on bathroom refurbishments. Removing and installing new suites to were they were and to new position's, building stud work to create new areas or for walls to hold shampoo bottles. Fit bathroom's with fully tiled to half tiled walls including lino. I also fit new new skirting, architrave etc and do fully renovated houses. Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.
