Karl was very prompt in replying to our enquiry, he turned up on time to provide us with a quotation and we arranged a day for the work to be completed. Unfortunately the weather interfered BUT Karl re-arranged for a couple of days later. He turned up on time and carried out the work with great efficiency and got the job done to our total satisfaction.

What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Jonathan took on a job that nobody else seemed to want to tackle, and did it for the price I was hoping for. He encountered a few problems along the way but managed to overcome them without having to alter the quoted price. R & T were instructed to refurbish the exterior of our listed building windows & guttering. We had never dealt with them before and found them on ratedpeople.com so we were unsure.
