Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????

I cannot Thank Paul enough for the Brilliant Decorating work he completed at my house. Extremely high standard - with wall murals, wallpaper and painting, resulting in a masterpiece. James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes. He paved my driveway with poor quality slabs in September 2024 blaming the manufacturer and not himself. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. We were very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this family team!
