Dave came on time to look at my job and said he would get back to me at the weekend with the quote as he did and having decided to use his services he came the day he said he would and on time witch you dont always get with some tradesman today. He was very professional and took pride in his work all In all he did a fantastic job and would not hesitate in recommending him .

Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. David arrived on time for both days and worked from 8am to 6pm on the first day. Worked extremely hard with no complaints and took care with his work. I will definitely ask him back to do any further work in the future.

Paul quoted the job and kept in touch whilst the doors were ordered. I had asked for a replacement conservatory door which was worn out and beyond economical repair. Other builders had told me that I would need a new conservatory. A set of doors were made to measure and fitted. Although the profiles were never going to match a good job was done for a reasonable price. I would recommend this firm and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Craig was able to come over very promptly and do the job the next day. The work was extraordinary value for money and excellent quality. He passed every decision by me and came up with ideas for making it work which I hadn't considered. He's friendly and very helpful. Well recommended.

Very prompt quote and efficient service. Leak fixed rapidly and all internal/extenal damage from water ingress was also repaired to a very high standard.
