Richard arrived promptly after our request, his work ethics were excellent. Richard arrived first thing every morning and got straight on with his work always cleaning down both inside and outside the house at the end of his working day. I could highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to call on him in the future.

It was only a small job and the exact cause of the leak in the roof couldn't be confirmed from ground level. Peter came round promptly and gave me a quote based on the information I gave him. The work was done the following week and was slightly more extensive than expected but within the original quote range. All in all excellent service and I would definitely the company again.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. Malcolm was prompt and helpful, giving us advice when asked and buying fixtures to match our existing ones. He did a fantastic job and we are so pleased with the end result!
