Scaffolding was organised by them and and they completed the whole job thoroughly and successfully without any added stress for me. These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.
