Hi, I'm Luke Milnes, owner of LM Construction. A liverpool based construction company mainly covering the North West. As a joiner by trade, but serving my time at a small building firm, I have the experience to offer a wide variety of joinery and building services. What a fantastic job Jack and the team did! As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.

Greg is a pleasant and well mannered electrician. He completed a rewire of our house to bring it up to standard. We paid in full, on basis that he would return to complete work and rectify faults. Left several messages and gave several months (almost a year) to respond by phone or email. No response so we got a reputable electrician to inspect, and he found several faults with work which is still not finished. Considerable extra cost now to correct. Happy to provide evidence to support this review.
