Fantastic set of builders. They undertook extensive repairs to the roof, guttering and chimney stacks, all to an excellent standard. Internally, they removed and disposed of the plaster from two large rooms, plaster-boarded and skimmed, again to an excellent standard – the plaster is as smooth as marble! They also resolved ad hoc problems as they came to light, at no extra cost. They cleaned up after each day’s work (including the pavement outside) and removed all debris. And … they finished the job on time and on budget. Being new to the area, I had been wary of employing unknown builders. But I have been left impressed beyond all expectation!

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Excellent work and service throughout, fair pricing compared to other quotes received and prompt availability. Good communication and management of project by Andy and special shout to Steve who worked throughout the 3 weeks doing an outstanding job. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Alan was great just did and all I wanted so I ask if he could do a small window round the side all ordered and can't wait till they return to fit I would not recommend them first class.

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. Tony was extremely efficient, polite, hard working and willing to tackle the job immediately, He even offered to work on a bank holiday and to travel an hour to do the job. His price was very fair. I am very pleased with the result of his work and. would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Tree was trimmed in line with our request, they also sealed the cut areas and trimmed additional dead/redundant branches at no extra cost. Left work site spotless, was very impressed with the professionalism.

We couldn't rate MTW high enough! They have left us with a home to be proud of and the quality of workmanship is of the highest order. They have been professional and honest throughout our job.
