James was fantastic from start to finish! Gave fantastic advice throughout Which saved us money. James went above and beyond to ensure we got a perfect bathroom. I am very pleased with the work undertaken. I employed G P General Building Works to replace the wood surround of my up & over garage door and rehang it. The work was completed professionally and to a high standard. The work was also completed quickly and there was no mess left behind. I would recommend and use them again.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.
