Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations. He arrived the next morning with the new boiler - removed the old one and installed the new one. He returned on Sunday afternoon to commission the system - what service! I really recommend working with Kilani. My job turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It required much more work to put right shoddy work from previous contractor. But Kilani was good to his word, sticking to original price he quoted and going above and beyond to turn what was a total disaster into a lovely useable room.
