Marlon refitted my wall mounted bathroom fan heater which had exposed wiring. He replaced two wall switches - one had a chipped fuse cover and the other had wood filler smeared over it. He also replaced the broken metal back box to a double wall plug socket and refitted the socket outlet. He gave me a clear, comprehensive quote - no additional costs. Excellent service from start to finish. Initially came out to quote for an over-running toilet and fixed the issue. When a non-related leak appeared into the downstairs flat, he returned quickly the next day and resolved with a short term fix whilst waiting for parts. Came back a few days later to replace both parts. Communication was great throughout. Reliable, tidy and trustworthy, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use again.

Installation in spring great - friendly, helpful and worked great. However, when greater use of the boiler (ie. Heating) was needed increased leaks appeared and flooded two floors below. Trying to get 'tony' back to fix the bodge that caused it was impossible. Tony sends streams of lengthy excuses trying to deflect blame onto anyone but himself. These included being busy with other jobs, a way crash, not having declared points on his licence, to falling asleep! He gave compensation.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
