He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. From posting my request on Rated People on a Sunday, within half an hour the company responded, visited the property later that day and provided a quote. Within 48 hours the job had been completed to a high standard and an additional job on request relating to fixing a toilet.
