Great service and really excellent workmanship. John was very patient when we changed the design slightly and was very helpful in helping us achieve our dream shower room. We would highly recommend him and our friends who saw the finished job have already made plans for him to quote for thier bathroom. His charges are also very reasonable and the profile suggested and subsequently supplied are first class.

He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

We used Benny's Building Services to replace a garden tap and HP ball valve in the loft water tank. The work was carried out to a high standard and very promptly at a fair price. Very polite and helpful tradesman. No job is too small. We would most certainly use this firm again in future.

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
