Overall the quality of the workmanship is good, i was surprised to see that a lot of the brazing was unsightly, thankfully the boiler is within a cupboard and not on show.

Gareth arrived promptly; he was very professional and helpful (especially considering there was an unknown back boiler lurking behind the gas fire!) which he also removed, made safe and then tested the gas supply for which involved having to go round the house to check for a detected leak and then resolve it. Really good guy and would highly recommend!

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. I absolutely recommend him, I'm so pleased with all the work he had done, to give me such lovely wet room. Thank you. x

The contractor responded the same day,by visiting the property and estimated the work required. Work was carried out and completed the following day, all waste was removed and area cleared up afterwards. The 5 or 6 colleagues who arrived upon a call from James to solve various problems that were uncovered were all exceedingly good natured, polite and very hard working, It's been such a positive experience that we have asked James to quote for an extension...
Scott was very friendly and polite. He phoned quite soon after the job was posted and was able to give a very competitive quote the next day. He let us know if any issues or problems came up and was able to deal with them quickly. Scott turned up on time every day, finished the job to a very high standard, on schedule and even cleaned up after himself! We can't praise his work enough - we are very happy with our new bathroom!
