This was my elderly mother's house. They had very good communication, calling beforehand and speaking with both me and my mother. They were able to come earlier than the appointed time. My mother felt comfortable with them and recommends them to other users. Their costs were good too, though there was a bit of a hiccup with her paying by card.

This company was highly responsive to my request; an emergency situation that had left a vulnerable elderly mum without water or heating. From posting my request on Rated People on a Sunday, within half an hour the company responded, visited the property later that day and provided a quote. Within 48 hours the job had been completed to a high standard and an additional job on request relating to fixing a toilet. A little pricey but given the response time to be expected as an emergency call out. Thank you
