Do not use Jay, paid him half and then he didn’t finish the job and went awol leaving my downstairs bathroom in a right state, packing out gaps with bits of wood, lots of mastic use, toilet cistern not bolted to the wall, boxing in was not cut straight, he spray painted but that was uneven and he managed to get my hall walls too, now having to rip out everything he has done to start again. I can highly recommend this company. Matt came to give a quote - he was personable and obviously very experienced in plumbing and all its problems. Options were offered to rectify the various problems in the bathroom and associated plumbing. The works needed were done in two days within two weeks and they left the site clean and tidy. Andrew came promptly ready to fix my toilet Syphon which broke. He got the job done despite the fact the nuts and bolts at the bottom rusted away to the point they couldn't even be handled with any tools. I saw him go at the bolts and nuts for a good 20 minutes as he was so persistent to get them out and put in new ones... And of course he succeeded. Also when I thought there was a leak (there wasn't a leak at all) he kept in contact offering to come back and fix the leak. 5/5 for sure

I have no issue with the work they did, but they should routinely carry cleaning equipment such as brooms, dustpan and brush and a vacuum cleaner. They should not need to use mine, or ask me for a bucket to mix up plaster in. Finally they really should take their rubbish away or tell their clients the price does not include rubbish removal. Putting it in my neighbour’s bin and on my garden is unacceptable.
