Great service, great lads, fitted at short notice 2 new radiators a nd moved one radiator. My elderly parents were so happy with these "lovely lads" that they have asked them to fit a new boiler ,"enough said" that's to Craig and his team ????

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Just used Heatwize to fit a new boiler in my Father-in laws house and found them to be very competitively priced, professional and helpful. Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off.
