Mark fitted a new radiator for me, did a really professional job and very flexible in working hours to accommodate our availability. Mark also fitted a new banister handrail, taking steps to match it to the existing handrail and ensure it was a good quality job. Will definitely use Mark again for Plumbing and general maintenance jobs. Thank you.

This was most helpful as a second opinion on poor work we had already had done by Roofmagic. The report by Tailormade has helped get the original work repaired shortly and I will certainly get another opinion after the repair has been done to find out if Roofmagic had done a better job second time around.

The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

Rohan did a complete bathroom refurbishment for me. He was diligent and tidy and the final job looks great. He turned up every day early and worked the full day. He came back after completion to fix a snag too - so good aftercare. Good guy, would recommend him.

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

arrived on time, came to carry out an annual service of 3 air conditioning units. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site

Quick response to quote for the job and good explanation of what was involved. Turned up on time and just got on with the job explaining what they were doing as they went along. Martin is certainly the most honest, realistic and trustworthy trades person I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. We’ve renovated a few properties over the years dealt with dozens of tradespeople, both good and bad and Martin sits at the top of the good pile. He had a passion for the job, charged a reasonable price and showed knowledge and commitment. He deals with all sorts of outside jobs and I will get him back in a heartbeat to deal with anything we need on our land or home. He’s a legend.

DP Plumbing very quick to contact me, came out and looked at the job involved, rang me later that day, I accepted the quote and he started the next day, arrived at the time he said he would, all in all he did a fantastic job, took two days to complete and cleaned up after he had finished, would definitley use Darran again if I need any plumbing work doing
