The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. Charlie was very friendly and obliging and did the job - fitting a new pump under the bath - in a very awkward spot. Left it nice and tidy, great job. Then we showed him the kitchen tap that drips. He happened to have a lovely new tap in his van and he's coming back, probably tomorrow, to install it for us. Marvellous!
