They did a great job at taking my garden waste, although the original quote was lower than the quote they gave me after inspecting the task, they quoted before the job but failed to inform it didn't include VAT, which knocked the quoted price up by 20%. Would've been 5 stars if they were clearer with the price. However I cannot fault the work, and it needed to be done.

They picked up the job very quickly so I used the first person that called, how stupid was I, overcharged me for the job at hand all rubbish left behind, the leaking toilet pipe which they replaced still leaking and are not returning to fix even after numerous txt and phone calls and charged separately for this, not happy at all

I posted photos of my job and recieved a quote via text straight away. When I made contact to book the job they came the following day at the agreed time and the guy that came was fantastic. I was able to leave him to it while I carried on sorting through in the house. I only had to assist with the slightly heavier items which was my choice I even helped the guy out at the end as he had done a fantastic job by himself up to that point. Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. Ion is very friendly and hard working. He does his job to the highest standard. He changed the little things I have asked, and the final touch was amazing!
