We hired Phil for the above Job. He was the only builder who did not just suggest tearing down my porch amd rebuilding. He came up with a solution that was not only cost effective but with the least disruption too. Phil answered any queries we had, he was polite, reliable and extremely professional at all times! Family run business started in 2022 by two cousins who have teamed up to bring two very detailed trades together, plumbing and joinery. We don’t have problems we’ll only ever have solution’s.

Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

Contacted by Jim within hours of posting job on Rated People. Came next day to view job and gave me a very reasonable quote. Very friendly and offered to do the job the same weekend which was completed to a high standard in only half a day. Excellent service which Included removal of old fence and clearing up afterwards Very satisfied with result. Would certainly use them again.
