Brilliant guy. Fair price quote . Came when he said he would. Broke down the costings and stuck to the quote. As a bonus Roy was a genuinely lovely person, patient with our dogs and even shared some doggy advice. Finished floors are beautiful. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Thanks to Pavel I now have a new staircase in the bedroom and the ladder has finally gone :) Pavel contacted me, arranged to visit to assess the job and advised it would be cheaper to buy a staircase and install that instead of building one from scratch. New staircase arrived and Pavel worked his magic to get it installed - absolutely over the moon. Pavel is a joiner with exceptional skills and comes highly recommended.

Great job completed by SD Tile and Stonework. Samuel is very skilled, hard working and reliable. Communication from start to finish was great and quoted a fair price. The patio finish was very professional, even though it was a tricky space, Samuel was able to make it all look good, blending into the garden and existing pathway. Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you
