I would highly recommend Micheal Voller he is trustworthy, friendly, hardworking and reliable. Very quick to respond and turned up when he said he would. The quote was very reasonable and everything was included so no extra charges. Micheal works extremely hard, nothing was a problem. He was very polite and accomodating when I wanted to change a few things. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

They turned up exactly when they said they would (at 7pm so I didn't even have to interrupt my working day) worked quickly and efficiently in pouring down rain, and got rid of a load of unwanted rubble and wood, transforming a section of my garden. Great work, good value.

Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.
