I would definately recommend Ian and Annette for their tradesmanship, reliability and efficiency.  They fitted a new shower unit, toilet,vanity unit and radiator plus re-tiled the walls and floor in my bathroom ,  they gave advice and direction with every step, all the old appliances were removed and disposed of.  I absolutely love the result which looks great, they were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Mark did an excellent job removing an old shower enclosure and installing a new. larger and more suitable one. For one plumbing project, he felt it better to get someone with the appropriate skills - he sorted that out and found a good person to do that job. Mark was friendly, punctual and cleaned up well at the end of the project.

Taff did a fantastic job renovating 2 bedrooms, including taking back to brick, removing a chimney and skimming walls. Also arranged for electrician to fit lights. Taff is very friendly and personable and always felt comfortable having him nd his team in the house. Would recommend.

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Laszlo did a great job helping us renovate a three bedroom house to a standard spec. They arrived on time every day and went out of their way to help us. Stripped all existing wallpaper and did great prep and painting. We ended up using their services for other parts of the project. Highly recommended. Fair prices.

I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
