From start to finish Neil was friendly, helpful and would definitely recommend if you need any tiling work done. Neil gave his advice when we asked for it, responded to messages quickly, arrived on time and really friendly. Last minute I had to contact Neil to see if he had a particular colour trim and he brought round 2 different types and was very accommodating.
