Excellent communication and work!Took the time to explain potential problems and solutions before taking the job. Spent a lot of time helping us decide on what we wanted, organised ordering everything and even offered to be there when they were delivered. Most impressively for me was he was able to organise the whole job via messages at unusual times due to me being a shift worker and even worked weekends to limit the interruption in my life! Despite significant issues with the suppliers of the showere tray and units, damaged products and other issues, Doug worked his magic and created a beautiful job. An all round handyman with skills and knowledge in many different areas of property maintenance and home improvement. Specialised in Tiling and laminate flooring and an eye for perfection. I can't stand a job not being finished properly or to a high standard and you can expect to see that with my work as I take great pride with my results.
