John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

Fedor and his team are polite, hard-working and extremely talented. It was a complicated job and Fedor handled it brilliantly. We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful London Stock brick wall that has been built. We would definitely recommend Fedor and Cuicut Construction, and will certainly use them again in the future.

Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. We still have work we would like to do to the outside of the house as well as a loft conversion and when we have enough money to take on those projects, we would definitely re-hire Stanley and his team. Highly recommend Stanley & his team.

Big thank you to Alex and his team. Excellent refurbishment of my kitchen and bathroom. Finished to a very high standard. Alex has a great eye for detail and takes much pride in his work. He has been flexible and accommodating with his work schedule, and understanding of delays that I caused. There were no unexpected costs and excellent value. Highly recommended.

C&W building did a terrific job of installing a downstairs cloakroom for me. Wayne and his assistants were extremely professional but also polite and friendly. They always turned up when expected and endeavoured to carry out the work with the least disruption possible.

Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. The work was done in good time, communication via watsapp was impeccable. and prices/quotes were competitive. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and will be using them again. Flavius is an excellent builder - and his team are quick, efficient and professional. Apart from that, I want to say as someone who was completely new to building projects, Flavius was extremely helpful in advising me (as I had no project manager/architect overseeing things) and made the whole process so much better. I am entirely delighted with the resulting space - it is a total transformation! - happy to recommend Flavius and his team to anyone. On time, on budget and an excellent result. 5 stars.

Tim was professional throughout from initial contact, site visit and evaluation of the work required to rectify the mess left by another tradesman through to completing the agreed works. He completed the job even while we were on holiday, to a high standard.

David has done two jobs for me, the first job was at an acceptable standard Tilling a kitchen, there were a few mistakes but all in all acceptable. but the second job was installation of wooden floor, several mistakes were made and to add to the poor job David did not finish the job because he left on holiday. The result I lost a client and the client had to hire someone else law to remove the floor and place a new one.

Noli did an amazing job fixing my bath tiles and porch tiles. The quality of his work was excellent, and everything was done with great attention to detail. I would recommend Catalin to anybody, he turned up on time to do the job and did an excellent job. He left my premises spotless after finishing the job. He also charges a reasonable rate.

Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

This guy standards is very poor for vinyl I would avoid at all costs, he has no skill in vinyl and he insisted I paid in advance, if I see this man again I will.prpnanly go to jail!
