He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. 8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

The job started off really well. Dean and Ash were conscientious, tidy, friendly and looked to be doing a great job. Sadly towards the end of the job it all seemed a little rushed. They were supposed to be coming back to sand down the skirting boards properly and repaint them they never did, and now several months on the wallpaper is starting to come off in the living room and bedroom. I'm really disappointed and have now ran out of money to have these thing corrected.

There is no job too big or too small that I can complete. I am polite, well mannered also I'm punctual. When it comes to the jobs I complete I'm a perfectionist. I have a small team of three painters/decoraters who also work to a very high standard and go the extra mile to meet all customer expectations. Although I have a small team, I do like to complete most of the work myself. You can see by my ratings that my customers would agree and always happy with the high end finished look.

Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.
