They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Some of the work was good like the trimming of the shrub and bushes. The weeding was hopeless as they have not been pulled up by the roots and some of it was not touched at all. Some of my plants were trampled on and the rose stems forcefully pushed through the obelisk were broken in their hurry to finish by five. I don't think they had any intention of returning as I was not pleased with their weeding work which was the main aspect of their work_ to get the ground ready for planting. The work has been left

A totally wasted exercise asking David to do the job. He responded quickly to visit, assess and offer a pricing. Gave exact date for starting the job and then drifted off without any updates On chasing complained he'd been let down,wanted money - pithy excuses. Not to be trusted

Could not have worse experience. Took deposit, didn't show up on the day agreed without saying anything. Had to chase them up. Rearranged the date. Show up for half an hour, had all sorts of problems and left. In the process of getting my deposit back.

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.
