James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.

Different window installed, job not completed, rubbish left over ours and neighbours drives. The job was three times as expensive as quoted due to “finding things that needed renewing". They worked quickly to get the job done, but unfortunately, they were messy, leaving debris everywhere, blocking our drive, including batons with protruding nails on the pavement, they did not make good the damaged surrounding area of the window. We had to unnail batons , rip up and bag membrane and rubble. Not recommend .

Within 24hrs of the initial telephone call I had had a visit and received an email quote, the work was carried out on time and the final invoice was reduced to reflect the fact that certain work was not necessary (Mr Millins pointed this out) and the cost was removed from the bill. Dimitar has done a brilliant job. He is a well organised, highly skilled craftsman who takes care about his work. He doesn't take any shortcuts, he goes back to the basics and builds it up - although this takes a little longer the end result is very high quality.
