Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Martin is a first rate carpenter and has done two jobs for us. One was board the loft and put shelves up there... perfect. The other was to build a fairly large summer house from scratch. Beautiful house.

Bogumil was very efficient, he responded quickly to my advert of laying laminate flooring. He undertook the work the next day and done a great job. Clean and tidy, and was happy to get on with the job, he didn't even stop for a cup of tea. I'll be sure to use his services again.

Mike and his son are first class professionals. They started on time , finished on time, worked to the budget, made adjustments with out fuss or increase in charges, and top of this they are highly skilled in a wide range of disciplines including gardening, building, carpentry, painting, electrics, plumbing and other odd jobs. Finally they are really nice people. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

Reliable, respectful and quality. Absolutely fantastic work. Door installation including frame was a perfect fit, used his ideas well to recommend best position. Finished work in the promised time scale and cleaned the area up very nicely afterwards. Very flexible, nothing was too much trouble. Fair and reasonable on price. Highly recommended.

Vijay was polite, courteous and very professional in all of his dealings, either by phone or in person. He was prompt to both the visit to provide the quote, which was very reasonable, and on the agreed date to complete the job. Jabouri & his colleague did a fantastic job installing my replacement bathroom enclosure. They arrived on time and set down to work quickly, calmly and professionally. Jabouri was courteous, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help with additional requirements I had. Overall I’m very pleased with the job done and will definitely use him again. I have no reservations recommending him to anyone with building / renovation work.
