James, was polite and professional. He checked our main roof both back and front. Whilst the main issue was with the roof at the front of the house. He explained what and where the issues were. The quote he gave was reasonable for a complete roof replacement. James and his crew worked flatout to strip down and replace tiles, felt, battons and insulation of a two story Terrenced house over a two day period including cleanup. Great job i would consider using them again.

Job completed within timeframe agreed and photographs provided showing work as it progressed and when completed. All mess removed and site left clean and tidy. End product looks ok and I just wait a downpour of rain to be absolutely certain it won't leak but I am pretty confident it won't and it's covered by a good, insurance backed, guarantee. Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.
