I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I was very impressed by SmartGlaze. The gent from the company came very quickly and clearly knew his stuff, being an engineer myself there was no room for flannel. He explained everything ,showed me a sample of the product and offered good price. The surveyor and the fitters were excellent. They did a superb job and left no mess behind. Contracted to fit a double window, workmanship isn't great and after months of chasing they still have not supplied a FENSA certificate as stated. I'm now looking into getting the work reviewed by a third party and seeking damages for any remedial works.
