I have been in the trades for over 10 years and have extensive knowledge on many areas ranging from roofing down to groundworks. I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.
This is a family run company who have been established for 20 plus years.We cover all aspects of the building trade to a high standard. Most of our work comes from word of mouth and recommendations so our work has to be our advertisement. cheers john
John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!
