Were very quick and reliable, my partner needed the job done ASAP and after we had contacted them and had a valuation they completed the job the next day. No concerns and were very polite. Would use again for another job if needed.

Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Turned up as arranged and completed the job there and then to a high standard. As a customer of Rated People do not be tempted to over-price your job as the tradesmen get charged according to the budget you set, which for a small job can be a large percentage of the price you pay him.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Excellent work and service throughout, fair pricing compared to other quotes received and prompt availability. My job was the exterior painting of my house. Between quoting for the job and completion was over a month due entirely to some of the wettest, windiest weather we have had in a long time. I had regular updates from Vince apologising for the weather and as soon as the weather improved Vince was on the job and it was completed promptly to a high standard. A neat and tidy job with all waste taken care of. I would definitely use Vince for any future painting jobs. In short a top quality job at a fair price.

Did a reasonable job of the actual repairs but hired scaffolders who left equipment blocking our garden gate, driveway and public path for over 6 weeks. Tom started ignoring calls and texts and wouldn't supply the contact details of the scaffolders. Only emailing Tom with a threat of reporting them to the HSE prompted any action. While Tom can't be held responsible for the scaffolders, his lack of communication or support was a huge letdown
