George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. John delivered an absolutely beautiful brick paver patio for me- the execution was faultless, & he worked really hard to give me exactly what I wanted, with meticulous attention to detail. He tidied up each day, protected my lawn and plants from damage and left the place spotless. A thoroughly nice person too. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
Came around and got measurements, went away and sent over quote for the job very quickly. Had another that was q touch cheaper however, from the conversation I had, believed that the job would be of a better quality through D&S and was glad with my decision.
