We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Absolutely fabulous job they did, I had some broken and missing guttering, they came round to my house within the hour, looked at what needed doing, went away and bought the parts, then fitted them, they did a great job, especially as I'm scared of hights, I highly recommend them

I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional.
