AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

After a very log and unnecessarily complicated and long process to get any accurate information from, and when an appointment was finally scheduled - no one showed up, no one replied to messages and calls. Beware of these people – they do not honour their work! It cost me £1000 for a grey water pump plus over £500 installation cost (connect three wires and two pipes) to install a replacement pump for the one that has been working fine for a number of years until they touched it. The new pump extract water at 20 L a minute the old pump was 11 L perm. Because the water level buildup in the shower when the overhead and handheld spray are on at the same time I am told I can’t do that. I have to turn one off!!
