I’ve started up my business around 25yrs ago decided to expand my business to other sites were professional and we do gardening and we are a freindly family based business and we give our customers our time and effort we are honest and reliable and any job isn’t to much we will do our up most to make our customers smile ? We also do gardening garden maintenance fencing jet washing and garden clearances my sister is the cleaner I’ myself is the Gardner and landscaper we do both trades
So Disappointing, these guys are not gardeners , Their knowledge of basic plants poor.. They arrived wearing sliders and trainers to work. but didn’t complete the work to a satisfactory standard . I asked for weeding but got a half hearted attempt. Event though I sent video and still images prior to them attending However they were polite and respectful, but left their costa coffee rubbish in my garden

Ali only shows to deliver materials or check work. Quick to reply when wanting the job. Slow/no response once job starts thinking you wont cancel. Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home). Overall very polite and did a very good job.
