John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

Matthew from Saxon and his co-worker did a very good and thorough job cutting back several trees and reducing much of the ivy that had completely covered our fencing and climbed into our tree. Very happy with the result and also like the fact that he keeps you informed about delays, when breaking for lunch, or talking through progress with the job and clarifying any questions during the works. Very professional outfit.Every member of the team took pride in what they did and did the work to the highest standard. Always turned up on time- I was always informed the day before any change. There were hitches - delay in delivery of bricks from the continent- but I was very well kept informed. There was a problem with one item that hadn’t been added to the castings and Scott offered to share the additional cost 50/50- that was very fair. Quality outfit,would use again.
