Neat and Tidy did a great job of tidying up our garden in a rental property. They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden. Roof repair done - the roof is still leaking, warranty certificate not produced. Have tried to contact them - emails and phone numbers not responding - whatsapp messages too - no response. Need to reach out to me to resolve this job.
No work ethics. Despite clearly explaning the scope of work, did only about half the work and claimed they are done and left. In the evening, on my own I made a contact to pay them partial amount for what they put effort towards. Wouldn't reccomend to anyone.
